New Parent/Student Remote Help Desk:

This year, with the global pandemic forcing us all to move quickly and with little notice between hybrid in-person and full virtual learning, our reliance on technology has been unprecedented.  With this new reliance on technology, the requests for tech support have also reached an unprecedented volume.  In an effort to deal with the increased demand, the AVSD technology department will now be working with Computer Center Line (CCL), our long time managed IT and support services, to be creating a student/parent remote help desk.  Here are some things to note about this new program:

  • Support requests can now be submitted here:

  • Help desk tickets will be answered between the hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm.

  • The previous This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. address will no longer be monitored for support.

  • If you are unsure if your tech problem should be submitted, submit your ticket anyway.  The remote help desk is here to help and will guide you in the right direction if need be.

  • Here is a quick instructional video in case you have questions about submitting a new support ticket:

In addition to all of this, you can also use the two buttons below to navigate to our common tech support help guides and a "Get Connected" page dedicated to ways to get connected to the Internet.

Best Regards,
