Welcome to The Swamp, home of everybody’s favorite not so little green ogre, you know, the one with the inexplicable Scottish accent and tartan leggings. Yes, this year we are proud to present “Shrek: The Musical,” with music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Howard Ashman. The story follows an Ogre on his quest to reclaim his swamp from the invasive fairy tale creatures. With his trusty steed by his side, he sets off on an adventure to rescue a Princess for a Lord who doesn’t quite measure up….
Please plan to join the SHS Drama Club in their producation of "Shrek: the Musical." The show will be onstage Thursday, April 3rd and Friday, April 4th at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, April 5th at 1:00 & 7:00 p.m. in Springdale Jr-Sr High School's Marshall Auditorium.
