Each year Sholastic Books organizes a pajama drive; This project is in its 12th year and has been widely successful. After much consideration, Acmetonia 6th grade decided to host their own Pajama Drive. The grade asked staff members to donate a new pajama set or pajama bottoms. The students then chose their favorite bedtime story to read aloud, and recorded the story. A QR code was assigned and accompanied each pair of pjs that were donated. The bags of pajamas and QR codes were delivered to the local food bank and distributed to families in our community.
