We are excited to let you know that we can now offer the 3rd dose Pfizer booster shots to individuals who received their 2nd dose Pfizer at least 6 months ago and meet the following criteria:
Criteria for 3rd dose (PFIZER)
- >/= 65 years of age
- A resident of a long-term care setting
- 18-64 years of age and underlying medical conditions*
- 18-64 years of age and increased risk based on institution or occupation**
